Sometimes all we need is a bit of guidance to get us back on track.

Solution Sessions are one-off, 60 minute 1-2-1 appointments designed to give you focused support when you need it most. They’re ideal if you’re experiencing a small setback, a dip in your wellbeing, or simply want some fresh perspective without committing to ongoing therapy. In these sessions, we’ll work together to explore what’s on your mind and identify practical strategies you can start using right away. Think of it as a quick but effective boost to help you feel more capable, supported, and ready to face what is next.

Solution Sessions are:

-Perfect for those moments when you need support, but not ongoing therapy

-Intended as one-off, focused guidance with a maximum of four per year. You’re welcome to book up to four across the year if you feel you’d benefit from a check-in or refresher.
