Your Mind Matters

Your Mind Matters is a 6-week group programme designed to give you practical tools and a supportive space to explore your mental health. Each course is shaped by the group itself — the themes we cover reflect what feels most relevant and important to those attending.

Together, we’ll look at a range of approaches that can help you understand and manage your thoughts and emotions more effectively.

This often includes:

  • An introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Coping strategies for everyday challenges

  • Identifying triggers and recognising automatic thoughts

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques such as defusion and anchoring

  • Mindfulness practices to cultivate calm and presence

This course offers a balance of insight and practical skills, helping you build resilience, develop self-awareness, and discover tools that you can continue to use long after the sessions have ended.
