FAQs
Do I have to share in the group?
No. There’s no pressure to talk or disclose anything personal. You’re invited to engage in a way that feels right for you.
Is this therapy?
It’s a therapeutic course, not group therapy. You’ll explore psychoeducation, techniques, and reflections, but you won’t be expected to process deep personal issues in the group setting.
Is it suitable if I’m in therapy already?
Yes. This course can complement existing support. If unsure, speak to your therapist.
Is the venue accessible?
Unfortunately, the group room is on the second floor, so there are some steps to climb. Please contact us to discuss access needs. We’ll do our best to help.
What if I cant make a session?
Life happens- we completely understand. If you need to miss a session, that’s absolutely okay. Sarah can email you the session notes and materials so you don’t fall behind.
If you already know you’ll miss several sessions, it may be best to wait for the next programme later in the year. You’re very welcome to join the waitlist so you don’t miss your spot when it runs again.
Do you offer student discount?
Yes — absolutely. If you’re a student or your income is means-tested in any way, please feel free to get in touch. Sarah offers both reduced rates and the option to pay in instalments.
