Life isn’t always neat or predictable — and none of us fit perfectly into a box. That’s why I tailor each session to meet your needs as they arise, in real time. No checklists, no tick boxes, and no fixed agenda (unless you’d like one).
My approach is grounded in the belief that change is possible for everyone. I Believe in Better — in your ability to grow, to heal, and to find new ways of coping.
I offer a flexible, collaborative, and genuine space where you can be your true self. There’s no judgement and no pressure. Together, we’ll shape our sessions around what feels most helpful for you, always rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity.

My aim is to meet you exactly where you are. Working together means creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported as you explore your challenges and discover new ways forward — whether you’re making sense of the past or navigating the present.
