Life isn’t always neat or predictable — and none of us fit perfectly into a box. That’s why I tailor each session to meet your needs as they arise, in real time. No checklists, no tick boxes, and no fixed agenda (unless you’d like one).

My approach is grounded in the belief that change is possible for everyone. I Believe in Better — in your ability to grow, to heal, and to find new ways of coping.

I offer a flexible, collaborative, and genuine space where you can be your true self. There’s no judgement and no pressure. Together, we’ll shape our sessions around what feels most helpful for you, always rooted in empathy, respect, and authenticity.

Therapy Starter Package

6-Session Structured Starter Package
Designed to support early therapeutic momentum. Includes six 50-minute CBT sessions with personalised resources, reflective follow-up notes, and a structured treatment plan — offered at a reduced rate to make beginning therapy more accessible.

10-Session Commitment to Change Package
A deeper therapeutic pathway designed for sustained change and review of progress over time. Includes ten 50-minute CBT sessions, tailored resources, outcome tracking, and reflective notes — offered at a further reduced rate to support commitment and affordability.

Consistency is key in therapy. Many people find that the early weeks are when motivation builds and real change begins to take shape.
To support this process, I offer a Structured Starter Package at a reduced rate when sessions are booked as a block.
