Sometimes it can seem like there are obstacles fighting against you in life, we all have them, but everyones are different. I provide a safe & confidential therapeutic space that is personalised to you, because I believe everyone deserves the chance to overcome these obstacles and live the life they want.
A lot of us obsess over our physical health- we want to know our heart rate at given times of the day, how many steps we have taken in a 24 hour period, how many calories we have eaten (or burned) and even how many minutes of REM sleep we had that night- but how many of us know our triggers that often leave us experiencing unwanted emotions? What our personal thought patterns are? Who has a toolbox of coping techniques that work for them at any given time? If you are someone who tends to feel like things can get a bit too much from time to time, that there should be more to life, or totally overwhelmed when it comes to managing your thoughts and feelings- I can help! In my private 1:1 sessions I am fully committed to serving you personally via a multitude of different techniques which I will personalise to you, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and other psychosocial interventions, leaving you with a massive personal transformation.
I am available to run workshops both online and face to face. Group sizes can be small and intimate, or large and informal, but all are impactful. Examples of past workshops I have run include Suicide and suicide awareness; Introduction to cognitive behavioural therapy; How to have tough conversations; How to control your anxiety; Understanding psychosis and carers workshops including How to help those you love.
Talking about mental health is a big passion of mine, this is why I am always honoured when invited to be a guest speaker for any event, whether virtual or in person. I have featured as a special guest for several organisations including Rocketmiles, The HIP Podcast, Alltech, The 20-23 Podcast with Dr Agnes Kunkel and The Psychology Diaries.
