Your Mind Matters is a 6-week group programme designed to give you practical tools and a supportive space to explore your mental health. Each course is shaped by the group itself — the themes we cover reflect what feels most relevant and important to those attending.
Together, we’ll look at a range of approaches that can help you understand and manage your thoughts and emotions more effectively.
This often includes:
An introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Coping strategies for everyday challenges
Identifying triggers and recognising automatic thoughts
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques such as defusion and anchoring
Mindfulness practices to cultivate calm and presence
This course offers a balance of insight and practical skills, helping you build resilience, develop self-awareness, and discover tools that you can continue to use long after the sessions have ended.
