Sarah is a Mum of two, a registered Mental Health Nurse, Advocate and Speaker. She is a warm communicator with a passion for inspiring hope in others when they have lost sight of it themselves.
Believe in Better isn’t just a phrase — it’s the heart of everything she does.
For Sarah, it captures the essence of what it means to care for our mental health; believing that things can change, that we can grow, heal, and move towards something brighter — even when it feels difficult to see how.
She believes everyone has the capacity to get better, to find new ways of coping, and to reconnect with who they are beneath the noise of everyday life. It’s about believing in yourself, in your potential, and in the possibility of a better world for us all.
Believe in Better is both a message of hope and an invitation — to trust that change is possible, to take that first step, and to know that you don’t have to do it alone.
